On
behalf of The Sailing Center, we would like to give a word of
appreciation for the continued support of the Punta Gorda Sailing Club
for the Sailing Centers’ small boat program. We are looking forward to
even more activity next year as the membership continues to grow by the
week. This past week, for example, brought in four new family
memberships and two more are in process.
We are looking
forward to the possibility of being open every weekend. As our
membership grows, the list of those that can help out increases and
provides more people a chance to get on the water. We really would like
to get the Saturday afternoon cookout going again for those that would
like to chat after or during sailing activities.
